When will I get my order?

Casual orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days. Special Formal orders ship out 5-10 business days, unless otherwise notified. If a formal dress is on back order you will be notified withing 1-2 business days which you will have the option to cancel order. Flat rate shipping takes 5-10 days via UPS Ground or USPS. You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order ships.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We often processes orders within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. 

How do I know the fit or feel of what to order?                                                Chat with us! We are happy to give more information on our clothes or style advice.

What to do if there is a damage?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know what the problem is. If there is a damaged item, please email us a picture of the damage.

Formal Return Policy (instore | online}
Formal dresses are not eligible for refunds. Formal dresses that have not left the store can be exchanged within 30 days. Please select 'Store Pickup' for any online Special Orders.

Casual Return Policy {instore | online}
Casual Apparel items can be returned for Refund within 14 days -OR- Store Credit within 30 days of customer receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Refunded items must include all original tags. It is at the discretion of Abelina’s Boutique to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

NO Returns/Exchanges: Bridal, Swim, Jewelry, or SALE.

Online returns must be received within 14 days from the time you receive your order. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be sent with Delivery Confirmation. We need proof it was mailed, and you need proof it arrived!
